In the summer of 1999, Wiz started working on his first studio songs: a six-song demo. He had 200 tapes pressed up and sold them on the streets. After the hustling, he began to enter and win local talent shows. One show in which he won gave him an opportunity to perform on one of the side stages at the Houston Custom Car Show. During the time of the Car Show performance, Wiz was recording his first album for NI Records. A record company that Willo and associate Yashron Willis(Yaries) had started.

While recording his album Wiz auditioned for several movies to be filmed in the Houston area. He was selected to play a role in Lil Troy's "Wanna Be A Baller" The Movie. His role allowed him to appear in two scenes, however; only one made the final cut. Since his appearance in "Wanna Be A Baller" Wiz has acted in several other movie and video projects as he hopes to make acting his second love behind music.

The album, "My Muzic Is... My Life" (in stores now), is filled with material for everyone. Club songs, street songs, and even songs for the ladies. Wiz also had two of his songs played on Houston radio stations. Now that the album is complete, Willo Wiz has been spending time promoting, performing shows and finding other projects to jump on for ultimate exposure.
